1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The return period begins the day after delivery confirmation. Requests made after the 7-day window may not be accepted, except in cases where local consumer laws provide otherwise.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage caused by the customer after delivery may not qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct a restocking fee.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our support team via email or the contact form with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
4. Inspection Process
Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify that it meets all eligibility requirements. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund. If any issues are found, we will notify you with details and may offer a partial refund or return the item to you.
5. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as agreed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will investigate promptly and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping if necessary.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or digital nature:
- Digital products, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions (once access is granted)
- Gift cards and prepaid membership cards
- Opened personal care items (skincare, cosmetics, oral care, wellness supplements)
- Perishable goods (food & beverages) unless delivered spoiled or damaged
- Custom or personalized items
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. If the return is approved and was not caused by our error, the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days from approval, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at billing@shopsynclive.com with your order details.
11. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds for international returns are processed in the same manner and timeframe as domestic returns.
